Materna Virtual Solution employs around 100 people throughout Germany and has been part of the Materna Group since February 2022.
Our main office is located in the Werksviertel in Munich, our two other offices are in Berlin and Dortmund.
Yes, we offer hybrid working at our locations in Munich, Berlin and Dortmund. Unless otherwise stated in the job advertisement, remote work within Germany is also possible.
Our positions are usually full-time (40 hours) – you can find more detailed information in the respective job advertisement. If the model does not perfectly match your expectations, apply anyway: flexibility is often possible, which we are happy to consider.
Our official company language is English. Depending on the role, German may also be required – this will be noted in the job advertisement.
The first few days of work will take place on site at our main location in Munich. Each position has an induction plan individually tailored to you so that you can get off to a good start.
Further development is very important to us. Every year there is a development process in which you create an individual development plan together with your manager. Our career model shows possible career paths and you can take part in internal and external training courses to expand your skills in a targeted manner.
We support your further development within the entire Materna Group. A change of location is easily possible for most roles.
