What is it about?

For public authorities, security is the top priority when it comes to “mobile work” – especially when it comes to processing data up to the classification level “classified information – for official use only”(VS-NfD). This is precisely why many authorities already rely on a secure communication solution. For this to be used, it must be intuitive for employees to use. We have the solution for you: In December 2022, the internal Smartcard for the certified communication solution “SecurePIM” approved by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). SecurePIM enables authorities to work, communicate and transfer data securely on the move at VS-NfD level without the need for an external smartcard and the associated readers. This allows your public authority employees to work securely and, above all, intuitively while on the move.
