Challenges
Container technology for secure access to company data was already well established at Steiff. Nevertheless, the new solution had to meet higher requirements:
- Secure, international use of sensitive company data – even on private smartphones.
- Approval by data protection consultant and works council. High level of security and control, but not at the expense of user-friendliness.
- Integration into the existing infrastructure with IBM Domino Server and mobile device management.
The feedback from the users involved was consistently positive: the app works “stably and reliably”, it is “beautiful and easy to use”.
