With SecurePIM WorkSPACE, Materna Virtual Solution is introducing a new generation of mobile workplace solutions. The solution is developed exclusively for the BSI-certified indigo ecosystem and is specially designed for secure use on iPads. SecurePIM WorkSPACE allows authorities and organisations with security tasks to process VS-NfD-classified information securely and independently of location – based on native technology from Apple’s mobile operating systems and with a BSI deployment permit.

SecurePIM WorkSPACE combines all the important functions for the mobile government workplace in a single app – specially developed for secure use on the iPad. The modular solution bundles central office applications such as email, calendar, contacts, notes and document editing in an intuitive and consistently encrypted environment – designed for ultra-mobile working at VS-NfD level.

- Email, calendar, contacts, notes and tasks – also for shared mailboxes and public folders
- Secure access to intranet, specialist applications, VS-NfD data, file sharing and protected web resources
- Access to virtual desktop infrastructures and intranet services such as Citrix
- Integration of Trust products, e.g. TrustOwl (secure intranet browser), TrustDok (document editor) and, in the release: TrustCam (camera)
- Configurable dashboard and modules
All functions and modules can be flexibly combined and individually configured to suit the requirements of the respective authority or organisation. The solution is therefore not only secure, but also highly customisable, both in terms of the selection of applications and the visual design of the dashboard. Your own or authority-specific specialist applications can be integrated in close consultation with the MVS specialist team.
