Munich, June 22, 2026 – With WorkSPACE for indigo, Materna Virtual Solution enables highly secure and ultra-mobile work. WorkSPACE was developed specifically for native operation within the indigo ecosystem and serves as the central hub for workflows and digital processes within the indigo ecosystem. Employees of government agencies and organizations with security responsibilities are thus able to quickly and easily process VS-NfD-classified information on the go using their iPad or iPhone.

The central starting point
The secure, ultra-mobile VS-NfD workstation consolidates workflows within the indigo ecosystem and enhances native operating system features—such as email, calendar, and contacts—with collaboration capabilities. The app enables secure access to VS-NfD information, line-of-business applications, and data sources within government or corporate networks. This allows users to access existing business processes, intranet applications, and virtual desktop infrastructures while on the go and continue their workflows seamlessly.
The respective government agency or organization retains full control over data and access rights at all times. To protect against cyber threats, indigo’s native security mechanisms are used, which meet the high standards of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). WorkSPACE consistently separates work-related and personal data without compromising the user experience. Furthermore, WorkSPACE for indigo is GDPR-compliant and was developed in close collaboration with the BSI in Germany.
Seamlessly integrated data exchange
WorkSPACE for indigo integrates seamlessly into the indigo ecosystem and enables secure, efficient information exchange between apps, configurable via MDM. To this end, WorkSPACE offers a managed clipboard, integration with the iOS Files app for controlled file sharing, and integrated workflows with easy transitions to specialized apps in the Trust product family, such as the document editor TrustDok or the intranet browser TrustOwl.
